Hey i just bought the Adaptor from Crunchfield last week for 56 shipped. I Installed it sounded good, i want to change speakers to Audiobahn Component speakers. I will sell you the adaptor for 45 shipped if you are changing the HU and want to keep the Speakers.

Rip EVERYTHING Out and start over. Those converter pieces only degrade sound quality. Head unit, amp, speakers, sub. DO IT. The factory Bose speakers are garbage anyway

I love my bose ! I think it does its job, its not meant to be as loud or full of bass as system would give you.

Bose is great but the headunit does suck when it comes to playing cd's. It won't play a CD. It always reads CD Error. That's about the only downside to mine.

Not to bash those who have bose and like it, but once you get an ear that is trained, and I am tlaking about a ghetto blating best buy system, I am talking about real high fidelity, you will find that BOSE is one of the most non-transparent speakers and are quite possibly the biggest sham in audio. Bose is a company that only continues because of it's "name". MOST of their products are easily outshined by other manufacturers. This my fellow orgers, I will bet the ranch on. Many who own BOSE at home either have no idea how much better it can be, or must have them due to limitations such as space, wife acceptance factor. Trust your ears!
