Bose radio woes

I took my car to a body repair shop with my radio and alarm in working order. After getting my car back I noticed the auto start function wasn't working AND the Bose radio didn't have any stations programmed. I thought that since the shop probably disconnected the battery cable(s), the memory was lost. Upon further inspection, I saw that the "DNR" indicator was blinking. Also there was no "FM1", "FM2", nor "AM" showing. So when I programmed my stations I saw NO memory locations... eg "1", "2", etc. I further found I couldn't switch between "FM1","FM2", or "AM". To make a long story short, they fixed the auto start (fuse), but said the radio problem wasn't related to their repairs nor my claim through Geico(I got hit in rear). EVEN THOUGH THESE WERE WORKING WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN. I think the shop is at fault and I'm going to take this issue up with Geico. But in the meantine, does anyone have any ideas as to what's wrong?

try removing the audio fuse thats under the hood and putting it back in, it will reset the stereo completely and see if it fixes anything.

Thanx nismos. Before I got to try your suggestion, I removed the battery cable while getting my brakes done and reconnected it when I finished. To my delight, that corrected the problem.
