So the story is that I have a 1998 max with the bose HU. I bought an auxillary input box for the unit for 130 bucks and connected the ipod up with the rca y cable. I now have some sort of steady feedback through the line. Any suggestions should help. I am also about to throw the damn bose out the window so what would you guys recommend for a cd player for under 400 that will look decent on wood grain. Thanks

 

if you still want to Ipod go with Alpine Mp3 (do not know the model) it allow you to hock up the ipod and play it nice.

other option is pioneer, you can never go wrong with them
