hookin an amp and sub to a BOSE HU

Hey guys,

Seeing that the BOSE HU individually amps each speaker seperately, is it possible/is it easy/how-to article to put an audiobahn amp and 1 or 2 audiobahn 12's to the stock BOSE hu in a 96 gle?

Its prolly a simple answer, but thanks for the help guys!

Tap your rear speaker leads behind the HU and splice in female RCA ends. Run a set of RCA cable as if you had an aftermarket HU...Done.

I found that getting and adapter to plug into the rear of the headunit resulted in a much clearer sound. But as suggested, I would try tapping into the rear lines first, maybe you won't have problems like mine. Besides, i found it much easier and cleaner to just plug something into the rear and have rca cable plug available.
