Hooking up amp/subs to Bose system...

is it possible? Or would I have to get a new head unit to be able to install the fosgate subs I had in my old Tahoe in my new Max (with the MTX amp of course)?

No adaptors are needed. Simply go behind the radio, locate your rear speaker leads and splice into them with female RCA ends. Run a regular set of RCAs from there like you would and aftermarket radio. Done.
