I would reccomend powering the sub with a JL Audio 250/1 and powering the speakers with an Alpine MRV-F340. Just my $0.02

JBL GTO75.4 Amplifier for $209 for the front and rears.
Power Output: 104 watts RMS x 4 channel at 4 ohms and ≤ 1% THD + N

JBL Power P-180.2 for $110 for the sub
Bridged RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 360W x 1

You could also spend more. What is your budget for these amps? I would also think about running the rears off the head unit if possible and going to a 2 channel amp.

I am running a JBL GTO75.2 on my fronts and it sounds great. I got that for $109. Running my rears off of my head unit. That same amp would run a single 10 very nice also.
