Hey guys I have a 2K se and the Bose. I have installed audio systems in my previous vehicle (a jeep) and have installed systems into other vehicles- all being trucks and SUV's. I want more bass, but I want it tight and hard and RATTLE FREE. I cannot stand rattle cans! I also want to keep some trunk space. I am debating replacing my HU and running a 5-channel amp for a front and rear component set and a single sub (10"). Now what kind of enclosure could I use so I don't have a big bass/rattle box. I listen to country and a little bit of rock so I want it super clean but enough to feel it. Would it be possible to remove the rear bose sub and place a 10" in its place? I would remove the rear deck and reinforce the bottom of the deck with MDF, form some kind of box out of where the stock bose sub was and have the same upfiring setup that I started with but with more/clean bass and still have a usable trunk, Anyone else have any other suggestions?
