I have a 3rd gen maxima and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a costom box to hold two 10's and two 12's. I have two boxes that the subs came with but if I put both of them in the trunk there's no room left. I want somthing that will take up less space but I don't want to lose that much bass. If anyone has done somthing like this before or has any ideas I would really appreciate the input, thanx.

Don't do it. Never mix different size and companies subs, its a bad idea. The only way to even pull this off correctly is to have the 2 12's in their own chamber and powered by their own amp.

I agree use only the 12"s you don,t really need the 10"s if you want good midrange bass then just get a pair of decent 6x9s.

What about putting the 10's in a box by themself and the 12's in another box by themself (two seperate boxes) would that still be a bad idea?

Honestly why would you need to put 2 10's and 2 12's in your Max? Are you competing? That's the only reason I can think of. Not trying to flame, just askin a question.
