After asking a million questions to you guys on the forum I am debating just "doing it right the first time" and gutting the bose. My current "issues" with the bose are the rear bass rattle and the unclearness with FM stations and the lack of rear fill (complaints by rear passengers). I know I want a alpine HU with XM. Now comes the other decisions... I am debating with just installing a set of 5.25's on the rear deck for more "rear fill" or taking the plunge into a total gutting of the bose and run a 5-channel amp powering a front component set, new rear 5.25's, rear deck 5.25's and a free air sub in the factory bose sub location on the rear deck. I MUST HAVE trunk space and I must have SQ and XM. I am looking for some recomedations. I am not wanting anything extravagant, just clear and rattle free with trunk space. Thanks
