I think i blew it!

So i intended to install my subs, amps, components with my stock base HU and now the HU doesn't work. I was out there the whole day, from about 8am. I first connected some adapter that i got from Best Buy, then worked on the amp. Once everything was connected this was when the problems began. The amp would not turn on, no power. After several hours of messing around with it, i finally figured it out that i had some how wired the harness incorrectly. So after a couple of hours of messing around with the harness the radio would work with the key, then without the key in the ignition. Finally got everything wired properly (so i thought). Went to seal everything up, connected the subs, no power. The HU never turned back on again! The clock also is gone. Do you think i blew the headunit? Does it have some type of internal fuse? I checked all the fuses, one by one, none were blown. I also disconnected the harness and connected everything back to how it was orignally and still nothing. Any suggestions? What should i do, i currently have no radio nor clock.

salgue, do you know which fuse it is? I've checked the FSM and the audio, aux, and accessory fuses and they're all intact. Next step will be to check each and every fuse again.
