sub and amp shifting

sub and amp shifting

my sub and amplifier move around a lot in the trunk what have you 4th gen people done to have them set in place

carpet tape...keeps my box in place even with hard acceleration and turning

wait, your amp moves around? I hope that means it's atleast monted on the box? In my old car, I mounted the amp to back of seats (fad and X beam) and box wedged nicely under rear deck. if not carpet tape, get some heavy velcro and do around the edges of the box against the floor. then it is removeable. I did that with CD changer under driver seat in the hooptie.

Velcro-one of the most significant inventions ever, seriously though, I use it for both the amp and sub box and it works perfectly, neither stands a chance of moving under any condition.
