I have a 99 maxima and I need to run a power wire to my amp. Where is a safe place to drill? If anyone has pics that would be nice.

 

i would assume that the best place would be right on the drivers side firewall. and run wiring under the carpet

 

In the 4th gen specfic forums in the stickies it explains about a grommet on the driver side behind the plastic cover. If you remove the wheel well cover on the driver side there is a very large grommet sitting ther that you can run pretty large gauge wire through. I have 4 gauge going through there and I beat if you took time you could get 0-1 gauge or so through there. A lot better then drilling.
