i knwo this is a newbie post but i am looking for a 800+ watt map to run an xtant. I do not want to spend more than $200. I do not need anything real good cause i do not care much for audio, but would like a good amp new or used that works decent. Please help me out.

 

if you dont really care about the performace, and reliability of the amp, i suggest you just goto a local flea market/mall and buy the biggest rated no-name brand your willing to afford. just so you know though.. if you plan of buying an amp for 200, you not going to get a true 800 watts from it. so dont be suprised if 800 watt no name, isnt as loud as the 400 watt quality amp you hear in some one elses car. if i were you, id look on ebay also, and think about getting something a little bit better thats used.

 

if you dont care about car audio why get an 800 watt amp? get an amp that puts out 400 watts for like $150 from any place online and be content i guess.
