Bass system troubles

I dont know what I could have done wrong. I've hooked up subs and amps and run wiring kits for myself and friends. But, today I hooked everthing in my 1990 SE all the wiring is right. But the amp simply will not power up. All fuses are fine, the HU works with the speakers that are hooked up to it, but the subs and amp will not. Both of the fuses in the amp are good too. Could this possibly from not having it grounded good enough? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. Are there any Maxima drivers in Oklahoma?

Well the only question I can answer for you is the OK question. Scroll down the main page to get to the regional forums. I'm sure there are some.

Get yourself a DMM or test light and make sure you have power to both the power and remote wire. Even a fuse that looks okay might be bad.
