soundstream coaxials ..or other ideas?

Hey guys, the time came to upgrade my rear speakers. Currently here's my setup:
CDT 6.5 components
Phoenix Gold 10" Titanium Sub
Profile 600W Mono Amp

I'm looking at getting some rear speakers, and this guy at a local store recommended me a pair of SoundStream Tarantula 6.2 2ways. I believe they take about 120RMS, my fronts take 90RMS i think. So i was basically wondering if those speakers are any good, or can you recommend me other brands of speakers for under $100. I think i'm gonna be running them with a profile CL640 amp which is rated at 75Wx4 @ 4ohms (I'm not sure about the quality of profile amps, but for es***ic purposes it would be great because it'll match my sub amp). I didn't buy the amp yet, but i think it should be good for $100 to run my cdt's in the front and coaxials in the back.

Here i'll sumarize my questions:

1) what do you think of SST6.5 speakers?
2) how hard is it to mount an external crossover under the rear deck?
3) could you recommend any better speakers for < 100?
4) these speakers are 3Ohms, will they run fine with CL640 amp?
5) could you recommend a better amp that Profle CL640 for under 100?
6) If you had around 200 to spend on coaxials and a 4ch amp what would you get?

Basically that's about it, thanks in advance for any input.

didn't mean to be replying to my own thread, but i also found some cdt coaxials on thezeb for $60, do you think that would be better than the sst6.5 for $100. Also how will they handle 75RMS pushing them?

+1 on the CDTs. You don't need your rear speakers to be awesome, just good enough for the people in the back seat. I've gotten compliments on them, so they must sound fine.

And I'm running them off of deck power.

thanks alot for the input, i think i'm gonna go with the cdt's to save some money. I think they should run at 75 no problem.
