I think they still are good. They have some good competition stuff. Not a lot of places sell them though. You can probably find some 5 channels on e-bay for cheap.

what else would you say in the $200 ebay range. the hifonics is around $190 on ebay. i did my install today, but left the amp and sub out, and i think it sound pretty decent. just flat and weak base, but a woofer will change that.

Hifonics is still the ish. Their ZEUS series is hot and very decently priced. I would personally recommend.

I have a soundstream 405 amp, have had it several years and I like it. I think you can find them on ebay for around 200. You might want to check it out.

i have heard a hifonics amp, it was the brutus series though, it was awesome, plus it was on 2 fosgate 12 inch powers, it would pound, and the amp never showed any signs of getting hott, i think they are like 250-300 on ebay, i highly suggest it, as long as the sub can take the beating

yea i looking at their 5 channel amp. so i can get 50 x 4 and have around 300 ish watts left for a woofer. i dont need much bass..i think a stage 1 rockford is enough for me. also ..how are free air subs. i just want accurate bass, nothing to make me shake. i just wanna mount something to the back seat.
