Is it possible to have dealership swap out raido with Navi

Is it possible to have dealership swap out raido with Navi

My SE didn't come with it.....but I heard that you can have the dealership "upgrade" you current system to the Navi one? Is this possible....I'm assuming it going to be crazy loot to do it.......if it is.....what would be a better alternative?

Go aftermarket. Itll be cheaper and offer Alot more options...
Touchscreen

Preouts
Etc...

Depending on which you did it could also provide you with:
EQ
HD ready
Dolby digital
Remote control
Etc...

i'm pretty sure you can. when i worked in the Chrysler dealership, i changed out regular radios for Nav units all the time on the Grand Cherokees and whatnot. it's actually pretty simple, at least for those cars. it was all plug and play and you just had to find a place to put the GPS antenna.
