Right amplifier for MB Quart speakers

I have a pair of MB speakers and an Alpine amp powering them. I want to replace the Apline with a high end amplifier. Sholud I go with Diamond Audio, Eclipse, or Phoenix Gold?

Alpine amps arent bad...is the alpine amp the weakest part of your system right now? Because your system is only as good as the weakest part of it...what deck are you running?

My Planet Audio amp makes my 4" MB Quart's shine. I woudln't think that the alpine amps would have any trouble with speakers sounding bad. Respectable amp maker.

Wow, if you are so down on your Alpine amp, just box it up and send it to me. lol I used to have a v12 amp and I liked it. Anyway, which alpine amp do you have? "alpine isn't high fidelity"? man, what is that all about?

I would honetly take a older PG Ti over any of the Alpine amps, other than that PG doesnt really have much to offer anymore.

Could always look into Arc XXK amps...

Name ONE thing about your Alpine amp that isn't "high fidelity".

My only contribution. 05' Diamond Audio amps have lifetime warranties. Not sure about you guys, but as long as they are in business, your amps are under warranty

it's simple...Alpine is mainstream cause it's just another one of those amps that you can find at circuit city or bb...............rockford, sony, pioneer, mtx, all that junk

Well the first question is what type of MB Quarts are you running? Q series, Premium, Reference, or Discuss and what size? I am using 6.5 MB quarts (Premiums)powered by a RF 200a4 and it's nice and clear for me. Not too high and definitely not too low. That will help determine the right amp you need to use. Don recommended a few you should check out.

Why are you saying that Rockford Fosgate, Alpine, Sony, Pioneer and MTX are junk? You still haven't provided any evidence of such.

I'm running Quart premiums up front, and reference coaxials in back through a JL 300/4 amp.

Why not go with an MB Quart Reference amplifier? An 4-channel RAA4200 on both front and rear channels.
