Aux. input cable?

I just got the DVD player and 7" in. screen (like the one in the GD) installed in my car, but the volume only stays at one level -- I went to Best Buy in hopes to find the cable that would switch my output to input, and they said I needed an Aux. Input cable, however, they were sold out and they checked their warehouse and had none their either. I went to Circuit City, Radio Shack, and the Audio stores around here. No one has them. They say with the boom of PS2 and DVD players in cars, they are all sold out.

Does anyone know where in the hell I can find one of these cables? I don't know what they look like, and I'm not 100% sure that is the name of the cable ... since I haven't seen one, I can only go by what the guy at Best Buy told me.

Thank you.

I also have 2 RF 10" Subs w/ a 1200 RF amp in my trunk ... that is hooked up also. (soon to be upgraded to 4 10"s with a built in custom made box)

I don't know if that makes a difference, but that's what I got.

The pics of the install are at the 1-hour photo place right now, I'll pick them up at lunch time and post them up here, if that will help.

For the audio input all you would need would be a CD-RB10, plugs into the HU via
IP-Bus, then your DVD player audio outputs into that.

Thank you so much! Where can I get a CD-RB10?

(Please don't laugh ... this is my first system/audio visual, and I'm a total newbie at all this stuff)

Thank you again so much. I can't wait to hear the DVD playing with the rest of the system, it will sound so good!

(I know my set-up isn't that impressive, but for a girl who has done 90% of this to her car alone, I'm pretty proud of myself. lol)
