AVIC-N1 Install - Experts needed.

Hey whats up everyone - I have had a beotch of time installing my Avic N1 over the past 2 days... Here is whats up.. When I turn on the unit I get audio out of all the speakers, sounds good with the exception of a nasty alternator whine.. Even if the radio is just on I get it from all the speakers. If I fade it all the way to one speaker I still get the whine from ALL the speakers... Here is what I have tried...

1. DIRECT Power and ground to battery - Failed
2. Unplugging all other accessories (Serius, XM, Etc..) - Failed
3. Unplugging the stock antenna - Failed
4. Used stock ground wire - Failed
5. Used two grounds (from back of unit and chassy) to car ground - Failed
6. Dissconnected RCA's to bose speakers and connected 1 (ONLY ONE NO OTHER) speaker to the high level out on the back of the deck and than the noise went away.. So to me, that means that the whine has something to do with the bose amps....

Once I was able to tell that the whine was comming from the bose setup I was going to just bypass all the amps and drive it from the head unit but than I realized I want to use the amp/speakers that I paid like a g extra for.. SOOOO does anyone have any ideas as to what to do with this situation? And for the record; the system did not operate this way before I installed the deck. (im not saying its the deck causing the problem just - just stating that the bose did work normally)
