Is that the power LED or a protection LED?

I think I'd check the fuses if I were you. I had it on my amp once, and it was a blown fuse.

I checked the fuses and all of them were intact because the amp has 3 40a fuses......and non of them were blown......The protection LED Shows.

Disconnect all of the speaker wires and see if the problem goes away. If it does you hooked up your speakers wrong.

Yup, Disconnect the speaker outputs and see if the protection LED goes out. I have a sony explode amp also and had a short in my speaker wires and the protection LED came on. Corrected the short and the fault LED went away.

When i start the car, the regular green light comes on, but after like 5ecs it goes to the LED Protection light....................... when the LED protection light comes on, does it mean the amp is blown?

Have you tried turning the amp on with the speakers unloaded yet? By this I mean with all speaker outputs disconnected.

Try using a better ground location. Also check to make sure nothing is crossed or touching between the ground and power terminals.
