Rear speaker install

Rear speaker install

Can i just pop off those 2 plastic speaker covers and replace the speakers through the trunk or do i have to take the long way out and remove seat etc?
It seems so simple but somebody told me not to do it

must do it the hard way....no other alternative; remove the entire rear seat & seatbelt anchors, slide out the rear deck, and then u can get to the screws that hold the rear speakers in place. not as hard as it sounds, just a nuisance.
