new setup plan finally done!
Hopefully this setup is going to be a lot of fun.
Here's the specs:
HU: Alpine 9833
front speakers: diamond M6 components
front amp : Diamond D3 amp 200x2@4ohms to components
subwoofers: pair of 12" Soundsplinter RL-p
sub amp: planet audio p1250d
I am going for some big time SQL, can't wait for this.
Yes i am using a SEALED box, 1cubic foot per driver after displacement.
I have had experience with ported setups and my ears/personal tastes
are not for ported. I'll let you guys know what's up when i get around to installing it.

Dude... you should have gotten the new 4000 watt they came out with. I just got the details on it a couple of days ago.... and they didn't update their site till today.
This thing puts the MOJO to shame... and the MOJO was their flagship amp.

lol i changed my mind about the memphis cause supposedly it's not 1ohm stable so i am just getting myself a planet audio p1250d. I love planet amps cause for the price nothing seems to come too close. So no memphis amp anymore

the amplifier, i found out it's rated 1500@2ohms. i read up that the amp is not happy running a 1ohm load, i know the VC Config of the subs will make it run at 1ohm but it will likely go into protect

90% of the time that happens is because the charging system cannot handle the load.... that's why they're not happy running at 1 ohm.
Memphis amps require a high constant voltage for their top 3 amps.
That's why for the MOJO and the new 4000 watt they say you must have an upgraded altenator. The MOJO requires a minimum of 13.8 constant volts. The 1500 requires around 12.9 constant if I remember right... might want to think about the 1100 D instead.
