Bored This Weekend ...

where Im at its really boring, so this weekend I wanted to do something to keep me occupied. In about a month i will be dynamating my trunk but for now I was thinking about puting a coat of this stuff I saw on lowes.com in trunk .. just because and im bored .. what do you think?

Its called Kool Seal White Elastomeric Roof Coating

I cant get the pic to come up, but this Is what they say about it .. its for roofs

Ultra high reflectivity
Forms a rubber-like blacket that expands and contracts with your roof
Energy savings up to 35%
Adheres to most any surface

Like I said just bored and what something to do.

While I can say that I have ever used this stuff I would speculate that the performance of Kool Seal is analogous as Peel n' Seal is to Dynamat. I would think that it WOULD perform the same duty as any other liquid deadener, but I would strongly suspect that it reeks during the summer.

I would suggest looking into eDead V3.0 or Second Skin Spectrum

on another note, why on earth are you usgin Dynamat?

The mat won't stick to a liquid deadener. IMHO if you want to go overkill like that, go with 1 layer of SS Damplifier, and 3 coats SS Spectrum.
