ok so today i was hooking up my sub and amp, every thing was goin great, i got it all hooked up and it works great, but for some reason now my front speakers arnt workin, even if my deck is adjusted to play only the front speakers it still only plays the back 1s, any sugestions as to what is wrong?

 

did you change the head unit???

they might not be plugged up......

are they hooked to the HU????


should be simple to fix

 

no the head unit stayed the same, i am checkin right now to see if they are hooked up but i am almost 100% sure they are still hooked up

ok so what i think is goin on is this.

i have 2 amps in my car right now, 1 for my rear 6x9s and 1 for my sub, i used to have the 6x9 RCA cables hooked up to the rear position on my deck, now that i hooked up the amp for the sub i moved the 6x9 amp to thefront spot on my deck and the sub to the rear section of the amp, so now my deck thinks that the 6x9s in the rear are the front speakers. what i think i am gonna do is buy some componets for my front speakers, and anither amp for them and then run that amps RCA cables of the 6x9s amp. If you could follow any of what i said p[lease correct me if i am wrong our give me our input on what i should do.
