Id have to hear em. When the florida pioneer rep stopped by my store, we asked him why pioneer decks are so good but the amps and subs pretty much suck. He said we hit a soft spot with the amps, but as for the subs, theyre supposed to be much better this year. Granted hes very biased and has to say that for a living, but he seemed like a pretty honest/cool guy admitting the amps sucked etc.

who knows. I'd like to see what numbers the new Memphis Madmax series could put out. The amps are rated at 4000watts.

I have no experience with the amps but the new SPL line of subs is wonderful. Pioneer is definately stepping up, the SPL gets very very loud and actually sounds decent.
