What happened? No FM radio

I have a 1999 Nissan Maxima with a Bose system . A few weeks ago, I noticed that the cd player sounds good, the tape player sounds good. When I switch it to radio, the stations show but there is no sound at all.
Am I going to have to listen to cd as long as I own this car or is there something that can be done to get the sound back on the radio?
Help! Thanks

Have you done any work where you may have accidentally unplugged the antenna? Even with this though, you would still get some static type of sound. The tuner may be dead on HU.
