Bose Headunit

I was putting a Pioneer HeadUnit into my boay's car. He has a 1996 GLE with Bose. I connected all the wires and go no power. Do I need one of those PAC-Ingterface harnesses since he is converting from Bose? We need some help!

Yea, I have it. Sometimes it gives the "ERR", but it is in perfect condition. Give me a price...
