Bose Sub Going on and off?

Bose Sub Going on and off?

Ok, I have a 2001 Gle. The bose sub goes on an off every now and then. Its getting very annoying. I use to have a 12" sub also and it did the same thing? I was wondering if anyone knows what the hell is going on!!!! Please help thanks

check the amp while the stereo is playing and see if it is cutting out also. it might be the head unit. a friend had the same prob in his '02 I35. something was wrong the head unit. dealer just swapped it out under warranty.

how can i check to see if the factory sub is cutting out, Its not the Hu because it did it with the stock Hu also.
