Not to be putting your design down, but since you posted I figured you wanted peoples' opinions. It looks like your subs are really off. I guess you never heard of the 'measure three times cut once'. I'm giving you rough feedback because your design seems to be more centered for looks and not centered in your trunk. Would also help to color match your carpet as well. For looks I give yours a 2/10.

However, your trunk setup does look 100x cleaner/better than mine. Of course mine is completely for function and not for showing off. So if you open my trunk you will see an uncarpeted box, as off centered as yours with a floor jack, some tools, and a gas can. All my amps, xovers, wires, etc. are all hidden for security reasons and are extremely hard for accessing.

not bad just looks a little off center to me, but maybe thats just the angle of the pictures, that and the carpet color looks different, but I am a perfectionist, soo dont listen to me, still looks nice, and how does it sound

edit: see above comment...I concur. I posted with out reading that comment...but I agree with him

It's defintely off center And you have 3 different color carpets in your trunk now. Where are the amps? show them off too!

but for function, it gets the job done

Dont worry about it, i take it as constructive criticism.
The Reason why the enclosure is not centered is because the amps. They are on top of the enclosure. I was not able to place them in back, and it was not possible in the sides. The amps in the top does not allow it to move more to the right because of the seatbelt box of the center back seat, which i dont want to take out. I tried to work around it, but was not possible. The left side measures 9 in, the right measures 11 in, In reality is a 2 in shift.

The carpet is only 2 different colors. one is the original gray from the car, the other one is the black. The pieces look of different colors, because I was working on wood dust, which stucked to it like glue, making it look whiter, and shiny

What you could have done is tried to mount the amps on angles, like this ///. Its hard for me to explain but mabye I will throw together a quick photoshop for you of what I mean. I'm in the hunt to making a nice looking install and this was only way I could think of doing it and being able to keep a legitimate amount of trunk space (thanks to metal maxima for making me want to go an extra yard with my install) I know it wouldn't be easy to make an angled amp rack at least with me because all I have is a jig. I'm sure I could find a local hardware shop to cut some angles for me. And to ensure proper cooling throw in some fans relayed off your remote wire(s). Currently I have a similar issue because I'm running three amps and a cd changer in front of my box (closer to the cabin). I might be looking into making a "pretty" install this summer and I'm currently browsing for ideas.

It might helpful to paint the carpet black'er to give a cleaner look if a carpet cleaner doesn't help.

Not bad. Could use improvement as others have mentioned, but not bad. Keep trying and experimenting and your results can only improve. Better than most posters here, I would guess.

Kudos for giving it a shot.
