bypass coded key for remote start?

i was wondering if there is a way to bypass the xtra key that is needed to add remote start to a car with the transponder key with chip deal. any solution to this. i dont want to drop another $100 on top of the cost of the remote start.

i just read the sticky, so i see that there should be a bypass deal, but has anyone done this and how much does it cost for this part.

The bypass in the stickies requires a spare key to work. They are $25-$50, plus the cost of the key.

certain cars like the ford have transponder modules where you only need to insert the key temporarily so that hte module can "Learn" the transponder key and store it into memory, however they are not as reliable as having a key in the box.
