i just purchased model APS511C Prestige alarm. Its used and it didnt come with instructions and i need to know what the color codes of the wires are. I tryed looking it up on the audiovox website but my model doesnt come up. the color code between model are not the same i was hoping someone on here has the insructions for this model and could give me the color code for the wires.

where did you buy it from the "c" might means it from circuit city like the aps996a and the aps996c they're both the same thing just that the aps996c is from circuit city, the wiring colors are differenet too

Damn. Audiovox alarms aren't cheap enough that you have to buy one used, and without any manuals? Hell of a deal lol. Have fun.

i have looked around for that model and can't find it..only like on some stupid auction site. Try posting in the12volt.com i searched there nothing on that model. the aps966a is only like 130-150 new
