Installed Aftermarket deck and lost all AM radio, Help!
I moved my Pioneer 8400 deck from my 2000 Prelude which it always worked fine, I could pick up most every AM channel I needed, to my 2000 Maxima. Before I took the Bose stereo out of my Max I could get all the AM channels plus a few more than I could get in my prelude. Now that my new deck is in everything works fine, I can get all my FM channels, but now I can not pick up single am channel. Nothing. I missed a few Green Bay Packer games because I coulnt pull in the channel I needed, but at least I didnt miss much ::sigh:: Any help out there would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

They are coming in perfect, absolutely no troubles at all. I am banging my head on this one. Could a bad attenna adapter pass the FM fine but not the AM?
And I feel honored, your 1,500 was wasted on me.

It was not wasted as I am trying to help out a fellow org member
. I was trying to see if maybe there was something wrong with the antenna connection, but since your FM is coming in pefect I am not sure of the problem.
I would check the connections again to make sure they are tight. Are you using the Nissan antenna adapter? This may not be possible (to use the antenna connection from the aftermarket HU withou the adapter due to it not fitting).
