bose vs. aftermarket

I've got a Pioneer hu from my last car. I want to put it below the stock unit and put the micro-screen in place of the stock unit. I dont have the money to get all the speakers at this point so im wondering if the pioneer hu will be ok with the bose speakers. Hows the sound? Should i just wait till i get speakers and install it all at once? Thoughts please....

wait til you get the new speakers or buy the adaptor.... if you just slice rcas from the preouts then you get this horrible popping noise....

Something is wrong with your radio or wiring. This should not happen, and hasn't happened on any of the ones Ive done this way. And as far as I know, hasnt happened to Don in the countless ones he has wired this way.

As I said in the sticky though, if you do it this way, get a radio with decent preouts or else your speakers wont get too loud.
