6th gen cold weather cd players problems

anyone's 6th gen cd player skip badly when there is cold weather. Once it warms up inside the car after 20 min or so then it quits. Doesn't happen when its warm.

how can this be remedied?

condensation on the lense is the likely culprit. i don't think you can do anything. just make sure the windows are up to help keep out any moisture.
