Problem resetting alarm, alarm gurus step in plz!

ok, the wierdest **** happenned today.

i have 2 alarms. The factory and a viper791vx.

so today at work, my pager goes off on the 791vx, it's the driver side door.

I go racing outside and find this woman in her 30's sitting in MY CAR! with the door open and the alarm sounding.

i ask her WTF she doin and she said: Sorry i thought it was my BF car.

BF car was a black sentra parked 4 cars in front of me. This kinda tripped me out. Sentra alarm and my alarm were identical. But wtf are the chances that both have the SAME frequency?

I have 2 factory remotes. So i decided to reprogram them. This time only 1 remote, so everything else doesn't work.

I followed these steps to set up only 1 alarm so i make sure nothing else works even my spare alarm.

-get in car, shut the doors using driver's switch.

-Insert remove key 6 times in under 10 secs. Hazards flashes.

-press any button on remote only once. Hazard flashes.

-Remove key and open doors from driver's switch.

-Done.

However i got a problem.

#1= even tho i only set up 1 alarm, my spare STILL works, grrrrrrrr.

it's the viper alarm interfering with this process?

i would like to completelly block all factory remotes besides mine, and if not possible just completelly block ALL factory alarms including mine.

i only use the Viper anywayz.

BTW Viper alarm REALLY did it's job this time, i'm soooo glad.

i think i want that stock alarm completelly disabled.

Don, would that be a big deal?

i gotta go see you very soon about audio matters, i might as well just disable this factory alarm, i haven't used it since the viper got installed.

this is one day i really kissed my viper alarm pagers ***.

i swear this thing did it's job lovelly, most of the times were false alarms. But this one really tripped me out.

i think imma leave my car at home when i go to work, it's only 10 blocks anywayz.

Don, sry i couldn't call you on saturday, i was getting a complete exhaust job done.

im gonna have to call you tomorrow in the morning or afternoon.
