Driver crossover... I think you know where this one is

Amp... Yeah, yeah, Hifonics, temp thing, maybe... It still sounds good with it (note to self redo that d@mn mounting board)

All done so what do you think, its been about seven or so years since I had to do anything with car audio, but i came out pretty good.

I did have to cut a hole in the original kicks but those can be replace for less than 20 bucks.
looks awesome Sin. How did you learn to do all the wiring and make those mdf brackets? Im interested in trying to do osmething like this myself although just 2-way. Any links/tips that can help me learn all this stuff?

I did find Car Sound and Performance helpful. They show alot of builds and items used in those builds. One of things you may have a problem with is getting anything to stick to auto trim plastic. Technically the fibertech should be able to do it but it's <30 in my garage and I wanted it done so the pods are bolted on the kicks and used polymer seal/adhesive to make air tight. To get the contour of the kicks used painter tape on the kicks, bolted the pods and used fibertech to fill the gap. Using tape allowed me to remove the pods once cured and paint them. The fit came out really good but I think the <30 did not help the paint job.

Here's a question...is the passive crossover capable of handling output to 2 drivers on the same terminal?

thats why i got the germs and not the profi or slsthey have an article named like kickbass forever, which makes you think youll get two extra xovders. No idea why, but the book says to do the exact same thing they talk down about in the article. Either way its a strong presense when you get down to it
good job.
Nice way to utilize that kickspace! Fairly close pathlength difference from the midbass...I can imagine it sounds fairly nice. Good job man! Finally some 3way love for a 6th gen
Try stuffing some poly around the kickarea (although not directly on the driver) should help ..

same effect it would in an inclosure, the speaker would feel it has greater airspace around it...if tight enough should also help dampen the panel area from vibration/resonance it may cause from speaker operation...its fairly cheap to try to see if theres benefit...
You could also reinforce where its mounted by adding mass loading dampening material behind it...the stronger the baffle, the better...
