Anyone got pics of how you have your LCD screen(s) set up in your maxima. I thought about going the rout of just replacing the headrest but was skeptical of the colors matching. Just curious to know where everyone else has theirs set up. I have 2 kids so it has to be in the back and I thought about mouting it in between the arm rest(backside) and where the air vent starts and putting a 7" LCD screen there. Any Thoughts?

The also have a less permanent solution if your looking to remove the tvs easily. For example, they have setups where the tv attaches to the existing headrest bars. This allows you to easily setup video for long trips and remove them while they are not in use to reduce theft or in your case maybe keeping the kids from messing with the tvs when they are not in use. They have an abundant source of these attachments on ebay which usually come with the screens as well. PM if you need any help finding them.

 

Pioneer makes the ones that you can just remove. But the only problem with that is that they are very pricey. Directed audio makes some direct replacements that go for about 900 for the set. A few of us 6th gen guys got some off ebay that are awsome. They are panasonic lcd the company is called invotek or something like that. The pic is great an for what I paid for them I could care less if they broke someone stole the screen and they are 8" not 7" but they have the 7" if you prefer I will have to find the link.
