What to use to stop rear deck/C pillar rattles

What should I use to stop my rear deck and Cpillar rattles? My "subs" make them rattle alot and it sounds like **** when it does. Do I use something like Dynamat? Or are there other types of products that would do me better? Sorry for the noobish questions.

Dampening is typically your first step.

Did you take a look at Housecor's write up on eliminating rear deck rattle?

No I dont have a 5th gen, and I dont have the seat belt stuff on the rear deck. But all he did was add some generic Dynamat there.

Ah, sorry man forgot you were 4th gen. A dampening product is a mass loader, makes it heavier and less inclined to flex or move. Get under there with some dynamat. If you see two items that can rattle, try to fill in the gaps so to speak. I've seen it done with 1/4" thick flat pieces of foam.
