At least it was the bus and not me that was short. Looks like a couple more months and your niece will be your height.

Oh and on that note... Literally.

yes.. the company who makes MICE(and very very good mice at that) makes speakers that are THX cert.

they were technically awefull. if you tweaked the EQ on the comp right you could make stuff 35 feet away rattle, but the bass was so punchy and muddy it made music hard to adjust the levels for.

sold them, now im using laptop speakers.

on topic: for what it is the bose in my 4th gen is pretty nice for what it is... a cheap stock system. but ive run into the fuzzy sound someone mentioned. i was hanging out in a parking lot with some friends messing around(this sounds so bad haha, it wasnt!!) and i was playing techno/trance in my car, and my speakers sounded like they were flopping around.. bass was so distorted i had to turn it down alot to get the volume high enough to hear with the doors open...

Logitech and Klipshe both have good computer speaker setups.

Yeah Altec has a great 2.1, I was speaking more of the 4.1 and up systems. My logitech stuff sounds better than my friends 500 dollar HTIB. It still doesn't sound great by any stretch but for pc speakers its not bad. Logitech seems to be hit or miss though. I've heard 270 dollar logitech stuff sound better than their 400 dollar stuff.
