Don't get 6x9's. You're local, PM Don (pearl96max) and he can set you up with high quality products at a good price.

Alpines are ...well just your regular run of the mill set. nothing special, but not crap. MBQs are good (line dependant) but tend to be Very harsh. Wanna provide us with a budget?

Nothing is wrong with the 6x9 except for the fact that you would have to enlarge the speaker holes in the rear dash and you would get football sound quality

Juan, thats cute you refer to your little one as 'she'. Wait, actually thats a little weird. Most men refer to it with something more masculine sounding...

Skip the 6x9's, just leave stock in the rear, or nothing at all and put in a good setup up front. You'll be more than pleased.

well my set up right now, my friend and i re-wired the bose speakers so not even using the bose amp. wired everything to work with the alpine iva-d310. sound quality was better than i expected but i guess nothing compared to rainbow speakers or what not.

Uh you better stop running the bose off the head unit. You'll burn out the internal amp of the Alpine. The bose are rated at 1 ohms but test closer to 2 ohm and that will burn out your HU's amp.

Um yes. The bose amp has no bearing on what resistance the speakers show.
