Hi guys,

I have an opportunity to get the Pioneer AVH-6500DVD. here's the link http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn...l?olderModel=Y

My neighbor had it in his old car and the new car came with navigation so he doesn't need this anymore. He wants $500 for it. Since I dont know anything about the unit and I'm only judging by how it looks on Pioneer website, I would like to hear some opinions some pros/cons about the unit.

I concur...for the price I would buy it no question. maybe $450 if you negotiate and ask for the original box and manuals.

I remember one of my co-workers having the 6500 in his car. From what I saw it wasn't bad, and $500 is def. a deal.
