Unfortunatly not..I need stealth and conserve space, my car has to be grocery gettin' friendly.

So I have to build another rack to mount'm like this...they'll cover the whole ski hole gap and look very snug...showing no wiring from the sides

Got'm in over the weekend. What a PITA to maneuver such a long heavy amplifier through a ski hole...x 2
Wiring and level matching was a pain as well, but i got'm up and running.
I miss my IDX for xover/level tuning and its line driver, might have to pick up another.

I'll upload some pics on monday.

I actually think his hearing is pretty good, otherwise he would not have need for the components that he has .

Not happy right now. I've been ****tiy all weekend sick, I got some hideous alternator whine and no time to do anything. I gotta empty out my townhome on wed and load it up in a truck, just to spend all thursday moving it into my new house. Kinda stressed out.

I will try to to re-route my power wires going into the amps to see if that causes the whine to go away, because of the way they are mounted and lack of space underneath the bottom connections I may have a power wire laying/crossing over some rcas.

To top it all off- my system feels as if its nearly HALF as loud, with zip of headroom. When I sold my IDX xover i took away a solid line driver- so now I have 4v deck output split between a 3way booty Autotek xover to their corresponding inputs in the amps. I'm used to getting full rated power quite easily with Arc's and their input sensitivity.

I'm even having one of my Usher midranges bottom out at not so high volume, I'm afraid its possibly in its death bed. We'll see...I sure as hell have had better days with this system BS

Well I took a few minutes to reroute my power wires, the whine is gone- thank you sweet baby Jesus!

However my Lotus 8's are barely moving, and they are supposed to be seing 200rms each, according to DLS PDF they are wired correctly and in the appropriate xover switch setting. They are the only drivers running directly from the outputs of the HU. So i dunno what gives...

Hehe..I know...I was thinking 'maybe' the drivers are wired out of phase. But it appears they are not as far as the wire markings, unless they were reversed at a tapping point. But i guess it dont hurt to flip'm and see what happens..

On a good note this setup has excellent separation! Top end is very silky and defined, nice space around the instruments- i'd say a tad warmer sounding than the Arc's notably in the midrange- perhaps the BurrBrowns in the OP amps responsible for this.... The subbass(only running 2ohm to each Arc 12d4's ~440rms) gets pretty insane when i play with the remote bass gain-sub channel is very strong. I can easily see this sub channel being enough for a supersub or a pair of SQ subs with just ONE A7 as a one amp system- I cant wait to see what it does @1ohm!

Once I get some time in my new garage and I can set these things up properly, I'm quite sure I'll be very happy. I think I may need to order me some quality xovers- maybe an IDX/XEQ combo to get me a hotter signal...As cool as the Panny is, its only got 2 preouts...so that voltage disappears when you split each to 3-4 chs..
