Seriously man, why don't you just get them from Don? I am sure price IS NOT a good reason. Order the equipment from him and just drop your car off. Then there is no issue of warranty OR no chance of getting a fake or remanufactured unit.

I thought he was going to drive and have Don install them. If that was the case, he could do it without violating any dealer agreement. Maybe I am under the wrong impression though.

First, thanks for changing that nasty pic.

Why would he buy them from unauthorized places? I guess that is the part I am confused about.....

Usually the driving force for online/ebay sales is the low price.

Too bad you usually get burned in the long run by defective products and no way to warranty them.

Like I said, just provide a valid sales receipt as well a serial number to verify.

Where did you find thats authorized for Dyn?

Also why you want to pay retail rather than from me is a wonder I wont figure out...

The second pic is not much better. He needs to find something normal, as I refuse to continue looking at this crap.

One thing I will say is this, and for all of you that know me know this is just my opinion, the risk associated with buying product of any kind from an e-tailer is high. From what I have found in my dealings with Don is that he isn't very far off from those prices and is willing to help anyone that asks. Especially considering the high number of fake products that are being produced and marketed online, I would never recommend someone look there first with the expectation of getting exactly what they pay for. I also totally understand Don wanting to stay away from being associated with a remanufactured or possibly fake product when he can gaurantee that you will get the real deal from him and be able to stand behind that product for a very comparable price when considering the benefits. This isn't directed at anyone in particular, it is jus my opinions based upon my personal experience with this matter.

It is no longer 4/20

The thought of it makes me sick really. Some egayer will buy them and go on every forum they can and bash them as a sh!tty product when they should bend over and accept the self ownage.

I would have to say they are just ignorant to reject these speakers soley based on name. They don't have a big inverted triangle with gay pride written evrywhere on the motor. To be honest, if they didn't buy them because of the name alone, they deserve the rejects/refurbs/and fakes they get. I was that person. I got ripped off. I learned my lesson and moved on. They will also show their level of maturity in making everyday decision in that respect. We can all hope they will one day grow some sense of security in themselves and purchase a product upon it's merit. If they still insist on taking the risk, let them, my car will still sound better.

And yes, muuuuuch better avatar. Is that your kid?
