Overheating amp, looking for new one

Currently have a Kenwood KAC-8402, and with Texas heat, it's overheating and i'm getting drops in soundquality.

I'm looking into a new one, budget of roughly $300, needs to be 4 Channel, and best RMS I can get with a good company, and that won't overheat like this one has.

Edit: This is for the speakers, not a sub.

Ok, my apologies if this is a noob question. But this says it runs 50W @ 4 ohms, and 100W @ 2 ohms. How do I know what I need?

Does this amp look good for the price? Seems to get a good review from the owners of it, but is Infinity a good company for amps?

Also...since my current speakers aren't even close to 111 RMS, will that reduce some heating? As in my thinking, since it's running under the average, it would be built for that strain, and perform well when underneath the RMS. Or is my assumption completely wrong?
