BOSE Sub to AM Amp

When I had Best Buy install my amp awhile back, they asked if they wanted me to reconnect my BOSE sub(amp was added after my system) to my amp, it was gonna cost an extra $59, so I said no thanks. Well, if it's not hard to do, i'd like to give it a try, I have this amp, so what all do I need to do?

Um $59 to attach two wires? What is your amp currently powering? If all four channels are being used you'd have to run the rear speakers mono to one side of the rear channels then run the sub on the other channels.
