Help! Sub started making random popping noises

I recently started having a problem with my sub setup. It started making loud random popping noises. Just loud thuds like somebody is stuck in the trunk. I'm running a 12' diamond audio macdaddy on a 250/1 JL mono amp. Could it be a bad ground or a connection? Bad amp? Sub (the sub is pretty old) I took out the sub and jiggled the wires but can't reproduce the sound. The noise also happens more often on bumps but even when i'm parked idle it happens as well. Any ideas on what can be causing this?

Sounds like a loose connection, or wires picking up a signal. Are your RCA's taped?
