Did you cover your inner door with carpet padding?

 

That is correct! It decouples the door panel from the vibrating/resonanting door and blocks road noise at the same time. In case any of you were wondering, the speakers are a/d/s 336im coaxials which will be actively crossed over and bi-amplified with two mtx amps. Time alignment will also be used

 

What are you using for time alignment? Alpine?

 

Pioneer Premier DEx-P1R head unit with built in time alignment, self-equalization and a 13 band eq

Sorry, I forgot that piece does have a limited amount of time alignment. Wouldn't work in my car, 3 way front stage, 2 bandpass channels per side.

 

It will be probably in september when i hook it up since i still have to build my sub box, amp rack and install the amps. Ill keep in touch.
