opinions on oz audio

I am just looking for opinions on oz audio products. I am concidering the matrix elite series 180cs components and the ME12 subwoofer specifically. Thanks!

I had them in my last car. 5 1/4 in front and 6 1/2 in back both components. They where great sounding speakers.
