eh, seems a tad high, but it's nice to have some head room. just tune it carefully.

As long as it's not clippng, I'm sure you'll be fine. Headroom is good and helps speakers to hit the dynamic peaks that really make music exciting. thos peaks just arent' gonna happen giving speakers 100 watts unless they're super efficient (horns/proaudio gear). Also, rarely is a amp rated to put out 320 watts actually putting out close to that while playing music. More ...more...more power!!!!!

I wouldn't question the specs on an Arc Audio 4150-XXK and a DynAudio 360 3-way set...

Thanks for the input, fellas.

Any other with input are welcome to chime in.

Ahh the dyns, huh. Nice speakers. They DEFINATELY like and can handle LOTS of power.

I wasn't saying that you amp can't/won't put out it's rated power, just that it usually won't be putting that out while playing music. Sounds like solid stuff all round.

A bridged 4150 is serious power! Been there done that on less power hungry speakers. Talk about full control of dynamic content of your music- specially for your midbass, you'll have an incredible, high energy bassline from it upon demand

those dyn mids are not too shabby, we are talking 3" VC's!!!
